RECEIVE YOUR SERVICE DOCUMENT AND SEND YOUR WATCH

After your enquiry, we will email you a service document. Please print it and enclose it with your watch when sending it to us. This allows us to identify your shipment clearly.

TIME FOR CARE

Depending on the condition of the watch, repair and servicing take at least six to eight weeks.

REGULAR SERVICING

Depending on the model and how it is used, we recommend servicing approximately every five years.

REPAIRS OUTSIDE THE WARRANTY

We charge a flat fee for repairs outside the warranty. The amount depends on the watch submitted and the country from which you use our service.
