Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
In the event of defects, you have statutory rights against the seller. You can assert these rights free of charge. Our additional warranty does not limit these rights.
Our warranty services
The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects that occur within the warranty period. In the event of a warranty claim, we will repair your watch free of charge. We will cover the necessary labor and material costs, as well as the shipping costs for sending the watch in and returning it.
Warranty service is generally provided through repair. An automatic replacement of the watch with a new one is not guaranteed. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
Exceptions
The warranty does not cover damage caused by external force, improper handling, or failure to follow the operating instructions. This also applies to damage resulting from modifications or repairs carried out by unauthorized persons.
Leather straps, wear parts, and seals are excluded from this voluntary warranty. Your statutory rights in the event of defects remain fully unaffected for these components as well.

Please contact our customer service department at info@cheyron.de . Describe the problem and attach proof of purchase showing the purchase date.
We will inform you about the next steps and organize the submission with you. Please coordinate the shipping with us in advance so that the necessary shipping costs can be covered.
