The words "Who cares I'm already late" appear in the upper third of the dial. Instead of the numbers being distributed around the edge of the dial as usual, "Who Cares" has them gathered in the lower half of the dial. Not in order, however, but in a wild jumble - it couldn't be more unusual!
The design - in addition to the catchy name - makes it unmistakably clear: "Who cares I'm already late" is not about reading the time precisely. The watch is a statement, a creative deviation from the norm and a rare collector's item that certainly won't suit everyone's taste.
