Tourbillon "Inclined" - 23S069CW
The tilt of the Earth's axis during the Earth's rotation, known as the obliquity of the ecliptic, was the inspiration for the development of this movement. The tourbillon of the CH0618 movement is designed to imitate this angle and features an inclined tourbillon structure. The escapement and regulating mechanism of this project are inclined at an angle of 20° to the horizontal plane when the movement is in a horizontal position. This design reduces friction losses between the pallet and pallet fork, which reduces the position sensitivity of the watch and further improves its accuracy.
