This is how TIME FOR A CHANGE works
1. Select new Constantin Weisz
Choose your new watch in our online shop.
2. Enter voucher code
Enter the appropriate voucher code in the shopping cart:
CHANGE100 , CHANGE150 or CHANGE200
The respective exchange bonus will be deducted directly from your purchase price.
3. Send in your old watch
After placing your order, you send us your old wristwatch.

Please be sure to include the order number of your new Constantin Weisz watch with the shipment so that we can clearly identify your old watch.
4. We will ship your new watch
Once your old watch has arrived and been assigned to your order, we will ship your new Constantin Weisz watch.
And what if you don't like the new watch?
Of course, your statutory right of withdrawal also applies to our TIME FOR A CHANGE promotion.
If you return your new Constantin Weisz watch within the statutory cancellation period and cancel the purchase, we will also send you back your originally sent watch after receiving and processing the return.
We will of course keep your old watch for you until the cancellation period expires.

Action instructions
The trade-in bonus depends on the order value and is granted by entering the respective voucher code. Only one promotional code can be used per order. The old watch must be sent in, stating the order number. The newly ordered watch will only be shipped after receipt and processing of the old watch. In the event of a valid cancellation and return of the new watch, the old watch will be returned to the customer. The respective promotional terms and conditions as well as the statutory cancellation policy also apply.
